Rachel is an absolutely phenomenal teacher—I could not recommend her more. She comes to my home twice a week for eighty-minute sessions. She tailors her classes to your specific needs, approaching your issue with curiosity and even does outside work to research your issue if it is something unusual. She was able to help my body release enormous amounts of tension and even reduced my jaw clenching (which is a big problem when I am stressed).
